WHERE IT ALL HAPPENS
Welcome to my kitchen, where it all began in January 2012.
I send a batch of each recipe to an independent laboratory for protein, fat, fiber, moisture, and calorie content. They also do shelf life.
Then I create a label and send it to the NY State Dept. of Agriculture and Markets for approval and registration with a yearly fee for each recipe.
