Kaly White - Akwesasne NY - I get asked a lot of times about spaying and neutering programs in my area considered as Upstate NY. Here is a breakdown of the spay/neuter programs available as of September 24, 2024. Pictured here is my neighbor's cat with her six kittens who all have found loving homes, I am happy to say Mama cat is now spayed!

They used to be a mobile clinic moving around but since COVID they have partnered with "Town & Country Vet Clinic" located in Massena, Potsdam, and Ogdensburg.
